Helping People & Organizations Navigate High-Stakes Decisions
Former Divorce Attorney, Mediator & Strategic Consultant
For nearly 20 years, I sat in rooms with people who were overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, reactive, grieving, scared, angry, or trying to hold everything together while making decisions that could change the course of their lives, families, or businesses.
Over time, I realized the same dynamics exist everywhere people and systems are under pressure.
Families. Businesses. Partnerships. Organizations.
When communication breaks down, priorities become unclear, fear takes over, or people become overwhelmed, even intelligent and capable people start reacting instead of thinking strategically.
In my work, I didn’t just navigate conflict inside families. I regularly helped business owners and professionals navigate the operational, financial, and organizational realities attached to major life transitions — restructuring businesses, managing competing priorities, handling communication breakdowns, and making high-stakes decisions in emotionally charged environments.
What I learned is this:
Most people don’t make bad decisions because they lack intelligence. They make them because they’re flooded, pressured, isolated, exhausted, or reacting from fear.
My work is helping people and systems slow the chaos down long enough to think clearly again.
I’m a former divorce attorney and mediator, but more than anything, I know how to identify patterns, cut through noise, and help people focus on what actually matters when emotions are loud, stakes are high, and too many moving pieces are competing for attention.
I believe strategy matters.
Clarity matters.
And the right decision usually becomes easier to see when panic stops driving the conversation.
That’s the work I do now.

I help individuals navigate emotionally charged, high-stakes situations with greater clarity, structure, and strategic calm.
Whether you’re navigating divorce, conflict, communication breakdowns, major life transitions, or overwhelming decision-making, my work is helping you slow the chaos down long enough to think clearly again.
Together, we identify patterns, reduce overwhelm, clarify priorities, and create thoughtful next steps instead of reactive ones.
Over the course of nearly two decades working in high-pressure environments, I realized the same core problems exist across both personal and professional systems:
operational overwhelm, communication breakdowns, competing priorities, unclear structure, emotional overload, and decision-making under pressure.
I help founders, professionals, and organizations create clarity, systems, communication structures, and strategic calm during periods of growth, transition, conflict, or operational stress.
